Before you return a product purchased at FashionBasket.in, please take a moment to understand how our products are made. When you purchased any product from FashionBasket.in it considered that you have read and understand our terms and conditions.
- Returns & Exchanges will only be accepted if delivered order is damaged or faulty or wrong product or wrong colour / size.
- In case your product is damaged or received the wrong product you may return them exactly the way in which they were received (unworn, unwashed, with original packaging).
- In case you received correct product with correct colour/size but due to some reason if want to exchange then, both ways courier charges will be paid by you.
- Please do note, that exchange is allowed once per order.
How to Return / Exchange?
Firsts of all you have to inform us within 48 hrs of receipt of the order. You can email on contact@fashionbasket.in or Whatsapp/Call on +91 9898185580 with possible images and details why you want to Return / Exchange along with order details. It is totally up to the FashionBasket.in product team to decide whether the product is approved for Return/Exchange. If approved then team will contact you, guide how to send product for Return/Exchange.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. We are not liable for any returns that we were not notified about first.
POSSISBLE CASES FOR REFUNDS:
- At FashiobBasket.in, we have a policy where we do not provide refund/return on any product once delivered. Once the products are delivered they can be exchanged with any other products or colour or size.
POSSISBLE CASES FOR NON EXCHANGE/RETURN CONDITIONS:
- If the product is not faulty or damaged.
- Incorrect or Incomplete shipping address.
- After multiple failed delivery attempts by courier agency.
- Package refused by recipient.
- Sizing issues. Only Exchange if the same product requested size available, can’t be exchange with different product. Please review our size guides carefully before making your purchase.
- Products returned in a used or damaged condition.
- Minor colour and design variation(s). There may be some colour variation between the product photographs on website and actual products; this is due to accuracy of your monitor. Please don’t expect an exchange or return for the same.
- Exchange/Return not accepted if user does not like the material or colour of the product, we strongly suggest that the user should read the product details & must check all the product pictures before ordering. User can also call us to get more details about the product if required.
- Any product purchased from SALE / OFFER sections are not eligible for any kind of Return or Exchange. The entire sale, discounted, brought with a discount coupon purchases are non returnable, non refundable & non exchangeable.
How to Cancel Order?
- Order cancellation can be possible within 24 hrs of order. Prior inform via email on order@FashionBasket.in with Order details and reason to cancel.
- Order cancellation decision will be confirm by FashionBasket.in team.
- Once order is shipped it cannot be cancel.
- Order amount will be refund/return via NEFT/IMPS to the registered customer name account only. This process will take 3 to 5 working days.
For International Orders
- We ship to most of the courier reachable countries.
- Shipping Cost will be additional as per the country and order weight.
- The min delivery time will be 8 days to 15 days; it may be vary country to country.
- For Payment, FashionBasket.in uses Paypal or Bank Transfer.
- Order cancellation can be possible within 24 hours of order. To cancel please write us an email on contact@FashionBasket.in with order details and reason.
- International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
