Once you place an order with FashionBasket.in, you thus agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:
- On successful completion of ordering, you will get an email with complete order details as a sign of acknowledgment from Website.
- Your order is only confirm once we received your payment, until order will be on hold and will not be deliver.
- Ordered items delivery will be subject to availability.
- Once the order is placed and payment made, you will have 24 hrs to cancel the order with valid reason and prior inform us via email – contact@fashionBasket.in.
- Once order is shipped it cannot be cancel.

- Cancel Order amount will be return via NEFT/UPI/IMPS within 3-7 working days.
- For any dispute / problem with an order item(s), kindly contact us within 48hrs of delivery. After that it will not consider valid.

- We offer free delivery across India. For Return/Exchange, user has to pay both ways courier charges.
